ACILP has developed the Fragility and Resilience program as a special inititiative aiming to address the special case and needs of fragile african countries, that are countries affected by security, humanitarian, climate change threats. Fragiles countries often need a rebuilt of their legal and policy ecosystems in order to provide economic opportunities to affected populations and communities and satify their basic human rights needs such as the right to education, energy, healthcare, water supply and sanitation etc.

Through this program, ACILP will provide cross-cutting research, advisory and capacity building services with the aim to overcome legal challenges resulting from fragility and vulnerability.
