The aim of ACILP is not only to provide advisory services to its stakeholders but also to build their capacity in the various areas of public international law. For that purpose, we carry out tailor-made trainings programs allying the theory and practice of international law. We determine trainings needs proactively based on analysis of empirical data, for example the study of substantive issues raised in case law involving African States. We also respond to case-by-case requests for training and organize seminars and workshops on particular topics for sharing experience and best practices among stakeholders from different part of the continent and beyond.
